We connect with our clients virtually worldwide. Meeting virtually with our therapists allows for continued face-to-face support (via Zoom) and has added benefits to in-person sessions.

Making an Appointment

All clients that come to us go through a two-step screening process.That process consists of gathering all the pertinent information - assessing your needs, making certain we are the proper level of care for you - then conferring with the
Lighthouse’s Director, Cathy Anesi to match you with the best therapist for you.

Our track record of matching client with therapist has been spot on! 

Insurance & Fees

The Lighthouse currently accepts Aetna. We are also able to work with out-of-network insurance benefits and can provide invoices to submit
for FSAs and reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. 

As an out-of-network provider, we are able to tailor your care beyond the constraints of insurance treatment plans.
