Parent Support Group

Are you a parent feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to support your teen or young adult through difficult times?

These challenges are more common than you think, and this doesn't mean you're not a supportive parent. With evidence-based research and an emotionally safe, professionally guided space, you can gain the tools and confidence to navigate this problematic chapter of family life with clarity and strength.

This 5-week online support group is designed to offer connection, understanding, and practical tools for parents navigating difficult behaviors, communication breakdowns, psychiatric diagnoses, or emotional struggles with their teens or young adult children.

​

Led by Susan Gilbert, LMSW, MFA, an experienced therapist and author, this group blends therapeutic insight with real-world guidance. Susan’s work is rooted in empathy, strength-based support, and effective communication strategies, all designed to help you feel less isolated and more empowered.
