The Live Journal helps you dig in and do the work with your therapist in real-time. Easily accessible from your computer and mobile device, the Live Journal pushes you to track what’s coming up for you as it happens. No waiting until your next session. With the Live Journal, your therapist is able to respond to you quickly. You’ll be able to focus in on what needs the attention and save time. The Live Journal will guide your sessions, so rather than catching up on the time between sessions, you’ll have the information already laid out. 


The Live Journal is a shared Google Doc only accessible by you and your therapist. Easily accessible either on your computer or your phone, the Live Journal allows your therapist to see what is coming up for you as you write about it and react in real-time. 

You simply write what comes up for you each day and your therapist responds. You have unlimited access to the document so you can write as much as you want. The more days you write, more processing happens, which leads to more clarity and allows your therapist to learn more about you from inside your life rather than your retelling of it. Your therapist will check and respond to your entries at least three days per week (M-F).


When talking in a one-on-one or group sessions, you may find yourself hesitating to share. Journaling is a powerful tool that creates a safe place where sharing the things that might feel more embarrassing or shameful is more comfortable. 

Did you have a secret diary as a teenager? It was a place to confess your struggles and fears without judgment or punishment.
