Finding Calm and Positivity Through the Cancer Journey
A supportive group for those navigating a diagnosis of cancer using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or adjusting to life after cancer, the emotional toll can be immense. Anxiety, fear, and uncertainty often accompany the physical challenges, making it hard to stay grounded and hopeful.
This group is here to help.
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, you’ll learn a powerful, research-supported method to calm the nervous system, regulate emotions, and restore balance to both body, mind, and spirit. EFT works by stimulating acupressure points, helping to release stress and emotional blocks held in the body’s energy system.
Led by Tricia DiFate-Nicastro, LMSW, this group combines the healing benefits of EFT with the connection and validation that only a group can provide. Together, we’ll work with proven tapping sequences and affirmations to help you feel lighter, stronger, and more emotionally resilient.

Are you feeling...?
-
Emotionally overwhelmed by the constant uncertainty?
-
Disconnected from your body or your emotions?
-
Tired of trying to stay strong while quietly suffering?
-
Worried that stress is making your symptoms worse?
-
In need of tools that actually help, not just talk?
In this group, you’ll:
-
Learn 10–12 core EFT tapping points (meridian or acupuncture points) and how to use them in daily life
-
Gain new empowering EFT skill sets that extend into your personal toolbox and will provide ongoing relief outside of the group setting.
