Story Tweaking - Session 1
Where: The Lighthouse Retreat & Wellness Center
When: September 15, 2016 - October 20, 2016 Six Thursdays
Time: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Fee: $300 Some insurance accepted
Led by: Tanya Cole-Lesnick, LCSW, PLLC

This group, led by Tanya Cole-Lesnick, LCSW, PLLC, uses conversation and writing to identify our stuck places and increase understanding of the role our stories play in them. It’s about seeing how our stories hold us back and taint our present moments so that we have better control over them. Ultimately it’s about tweaking our stories so that, while staying honest, they help us to make peace with the past, move towards our dreams, and feel better along the way.

Group Dates are Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:00pm
9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20

$300 for the Six Group Sessions
