Are you seeking something more, but not quite sure what it is? Longing to hit the reset button? Looking for clarity and connection?
This private women's retreat is designed to offer a multi-layered experience, inviting you to go deep, be vulnerable, be seen, share more of your stories, get clear, bond, have fun, laugh, eat, relax, take care of yourself, and ultimately do some transformational work that will help you take the next step in life—whatever that may be.
What to Expect:
- Pre & Post-Retreat Online Sessions You'll have the chance to connect with other attendees ahead of the retreat with a one-hour Zoom group that will help us hone in on what YOU want to get out of the weekend.
- Day 1: Letting Go We'll create a sacred, safe space - energetically cleared and protected - to enhance your ability to go deeper than you ever have before! We'll dissolve the negative beliefs that have been holding us back and begin building the vision for the lives we truly want to live through meditation, movement & stretching, journal prompts, sound healing, and... a slumber party!
- Day 2: Creating the Life We Crave After letting go and clearing the way to receive, we'll integrate what we've learned from day one to envision our individual paths forward. We'll create personal mantras and beautiful tangible reminders of our transformations to bring home. We’ll also use writing, movement, hiking, yoga, and more to develop our own guides for the journey ahead.
