I am the Office Manager / Scheduling & Insurance Coordinator here at the Lighthouse. I am the first person you will speak to when you reach out to our office. I will help assess your needs and requirements to get you paired up with the most appropriate therapist on our staff. Please be assured that we understand that you have come to the Lighthouse at a time when perhaps things aren’t going so well and you need a helping hand to gently aid and guide you through this process. Please know that I will be that helping hand. I understand that you are in a vulnerable spot and I will make this process as easy and comfortable as possible.

All clients that come to us go through a two-step screening process.That process consists of gathering all the pertinent information - assessing your needs, making certain we are the proper level of care for you - then conferring with the Lighthouse’s Director, Catherine Anesi to match you with the best therapist for you. Our track record of matching client with therapist has been spot on! We accept most insurances for many of the services at The Lighthouse. We are a full services organization. All your billing and insurance struggles are handled by us, which leaves one less thing for you to worry about on your journey to a better you.
