August '23 - Oil of the Month

Peppermint, a mix between spearmint and water mint, has been used by humans for thousands of years. It's refreshing smell and taste is an instant shot of energy.

When you're using peppermint oil, be sure to use a carrier oil if you're going for the skin (topical) route. Even if you're diffusing it, here are some quick benefits:

  • Relives nausea, headaches, and fatigue

  • Improves breathing and respitory issues

  • Increases emotions like joy, playfulness, and optimism
