Eight Group Sessions via Zoom
Cathy will take you through the transformational process. This process supports you through self-exploration that uncovers negative beliefs you hold about yourself. After becoming conscious of these negative beliefs you will begin to eliminate them and realize your positive, true potential. You will learn strategies that will help you to lead a peaceful life.
Sessions 1 & 2
We will spend the first month examining your life. How did you get here? Where did you come from? What kind of family did you come from? What are some of their beliefs? Is your life the way you thought it would be? What doesn’t make sense?
Sessions 3 & 4
Thoughts create reality.
“I’ll never make enough money.” “I can’t support myself.” “Someone needs to take care of me.” “I have significant health issues.” “I’ll never feel good.” “It’s in my genes.” “I don’t matter.” “It’s selfish to put myself first.” “I come last.” “Others' needs are more important.” “I can’t do it on my own.” “I’m not smart, worthy, good… enough to get what I want.” “I have no support.” “I’m ugly.” “No one will love me.” “I’m a loser.” “I’m bad.” “Nothing goes my way anyway.” “I’ll never find a loving relationship.”
These are examples of limiting beliefs. Do any of these limiting beliefs sound familiar?
We see our lives through the filters of limiting beliefs that distort our view of situations in our lives leading us to prove over and over again that our limiting beliefs are true. We'll identify our limiting beliefs by exploring our thoughts about important aspects of our lives. We will uncover these belief systems so we can release them and replace them with more positive and truthful ideas about ourselves.
Sessions 5 & 6
Letting go of a negative belief system that runs deep is no easy task. In this month we will learn to recognize these negative ideas when they rear their ugly head and learn to choose a new way of responding and being. Your experience will begin to reflect these new ideas about self.
Sessions 7 & 8
What do you want for yourself, your life, your world? What is important to you? How do you choose to live?
These questions and more will be answered through creative exercises. You will have the opportunity to set in motion the life you have always wanted. Focused attention leads to creation.
