Cathy Anesi is the Owner and Director of The Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center.  Cathy created the Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center in 2010 to bring together highly trained and talented therapists who offer powerful healing and transformation for clients worldwide. While each therapist offers their own unique style and specialty, they all share a passion for the work they do to help our clients live lives of peace, joy, and meaning.  As the Director of the Lighthouse, Cathy assesses the specific needs of each client to match them with the best therapist to provide the personalized care they need.

 

Cathy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and groups. She is a Reiki Master, has Certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy, and completed level 4 training in the PURE healing light energy. Cathy combines her vast experience, skills and passion to facilitate unique groups concentrating on the empowerment and self-care of women. Her compassion and non-judgmental Spirit offers a space that is nurturing and healing.

Cathy received her MSW from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in children and families. She has worked extensively with families of children with disabilities within the Westchester County area through Early Intervention and The Committee for Preschool Education. Currently, Cathy facilitates family therapy using the NEST modality in conjunction and collaboration with the other Lighthouse therapists.
