These gentle yoga therapy sessions beginning Friday, July 19th, welcome people of all ages, genders, abilities, body shapes and sizes and will focus on how yoga can serve as a tool to build resilience in the face of anxiety, PTSD, caregiver-related and other forms of stress.

We will have a small group of up to 5 people. Sessions are guided by experienced yoga instructor and therapist, Jaime Bedard, LCSW and will include learning about yoga philosophy, movement, meditation and breathing practices.

No prior yoga experience necessary.
