Now is an important time to listen to our hearts. This one-hour offering, allows up to be carried through meditation practices, chants and songs that soothe worried minds and aching hearts.

Some of the Healing Benefits of Chant for Wellbeing:
- Build Community by joining together.
- Honor Yourself by growing connection with your unique voice in the comfort of your own space, without fear of judgment of what others might hear. *all participants will be muted as we chant* You are powerful, and the world needs your voice.
- Integrate your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. Chanting is rhythmic and repetitive, and anything that is rhythmic and repetitive is inherently calming to the central nervous system. People leave Chant for Wellbeing simultaneously relaxed and revitalized.
Chant for Wellbeing is a devotional practice that connects us directly to the Divine within and around us. All donations will be shared with organizations working to end the oppression of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). The suggested donation is $20. Nervous about sounding your voice with all the other people who may be hunkered down in your home? No problem! You can plug in your headphones, listen, and join as you’re comfortable. Participants are muted to avoid sound delays and interference. All you need is access to Zoom and an open heart.
