This group, led by Tanya Cole-Lesnick, LCSW-R, is for young adults in their 20’s who are feeling blocked in their efforts to become independent adults. Blocks include intense and/or changeable moods, motivation issues, issues with completing college, struggles to maintain a job or to find work that has meaning, toxic relationships, destructive patterns, self-esteem issues, etc.

When: Mondays, 5:30-6:30 pm, starting 4/9/18
There are four sessions, every other week (4/9, 4/23, 5/7, and 5/21/18).

Fee: $50 per group session, some insurances are accepted.

Group members must also meet with Tanya Cole-Lesnick, LCSW-R individually at least once per month while participating in the group as this helps to solidify what is learned in the group process and allows group members to process what comes up for them more deeply.
